Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamicFloat PoolRNto join our team.You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other whileprovidingexcellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.You will have the unique ability to “float” between several differentareasacross the nursing spectrum.

Whatwill you willdo in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

Provideplan basedcare with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State ofFloridaor able to obtain licensure prior to start isrequired

2years’of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

CurrentBLSrequired

Current ACLSpreferred,requiredwithin 6 months of hire

BSN is preferred

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
